Update: On 20 May 2024, the Mipac Perth team moved into a new office at 195 Great Eastern Hwy, Belmont WA 6104.
We are pleased to announce that Mipac is acquiring Paradigm Engineers Pty Ltd. The acquisition is expected to be completed on 29 February 2024.
Headquartered in Western Australia, Paradigm Engineers is a successful control systems and electrical engineering company that has been providing high quality engineering solutions across Australia for over 10 years.
This strategic move brings together a wealth of new capability, expertise, and value to both businesses. Initially, Mipac and Paradigm will continue to operate separately, with the potential for future integration determined following a thorough review.
Key points of the acquisition include:
Paradigm founder Garry McGrechan and the Paradigm team will stay on.
Existing projects will continue as planned, and existing Mipac clients will continue to be supported by the Mipac team.
Mipac’s vision to be the trusted partner delivering high-quality, intelligent solutions that drive performance for clients globally is strongly aligned with this acquisition. Paradigm’s well-regarded reputation and strong presence in mining will support Mipac’s strategic growth goals in Western Australia and Queensland.
There are synergies in Paradigm and Mipac’s core business and capabilities, presenting opportunities for collective growth and diversification that will add value to clients across both organisations.
We are excited to embark on this new chapter and are committed to ensuring a seamless transition that benefits all our valued clients.
