Our mission is to provide high-quality solutions to enhance the operational performance of mine sites and improve our clients’ productivity, safety and efficiency.
Since our humble beginnings as a small team of passionate engineers who wanted to make a difference, we’ve been rolling up our sleeves and tackling problems with real world experience.
While industrial automation and engineering are at the core of what we do, our expertise also includes the latest innovative enhancements in digital technology – from Advanced Process Control to data visualisation and analytics and cybersecurity to Mining 4.0 consulting.
Today, we have team members spread across 3 offices in Brisbane, Perth and Vancouver and are proud of our ever-growing track record of global projects.

Jake Minehan always loved gadgets and building things, so it was no surprise that he decided to study mechatronics engineering at university. Now a graduate engineer at Mipac, working with one of the company’s biggest clients, he says on-the-job learning has been vastly different to sitting in a classroom. We sat down with him to find out why and to learn more about what’s it like to be a graduate engineer at Mipac. Senior Control Systems Engineer Mohamed (Mo) Sakr and Lead Control Systems Engineer Yasser Elshohna first met at college in Egypt. A decade and a half later, following diverse career paths which took them across the petrochemicals, oil and gas, mining and construction, water treatment and thermal power industries across two countries, they are colleagues again at Mipac.
