Engaging in practical simulations using Rockwell products was an exciting feature of the recent 3-day ROKLive event on the Gold Coast.
The event, a 3-day in-person affair featuring keynotes, a connected show floor, presentations and networking opportunities gave participants insights into the latest Rockwell Automation advancements, innovations and insights within the world of industrial automation and technology.
“The hands-on labs really helped me to understand Rockwell’s products and how they work, as well as get a greater holistic picture of how everything fits together,” said Mipac Business Development Manager, Craig Hill.
“For me, growing my technical knowledge was the most important thing and I really appreciated learning how fit for purpose the Rockwell products are. It was also fantastic to meet with potential clients,” he added.
Meeting potential clients and partners was the key objective for Dennis Grundel, the newest Business Development Manager to join the Mipac team.
“This was my first ROKLive, so my main goal was to meet some key people,” Dennis said. “I was also really keen to piece together how Rockwell fits within our digital solution offering to generate value for our clients.”
Sales and Marketing Manager Steven Cohen also attended the event’s Management Perspectives stream on the 6th of September, which looked specifically at diversity and STEM challenges, sustainable production and security and governance.
Mipac has long worked with Rockwell Automation on projects across the world, such as BHP’s West Musgrave Project.
